قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن اللَّهَ تعالى سائِلٌ كلَّ راعٍ عَمَّا اسْتَرْعاهُ، أحَفِظَ ذلِكَ أمْ ضَيَّعَهُ، حَتى يَسأَلَ الرَّجُلَ عنْ أهْلِ بَيْتِهِ»؛ (رواه النسائي، وابن حبان).
The prophet peace be upon him said: “Allah would ask every trustee about his trust, did he keep or lose it? Even the man will be asked about his household”
قال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم : «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَسْتَرْعِيهِ اللَّهُ رَعِيَّةً يَمُوتُ يَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَهُوَ غَاشٌّ لِرَعِيَّتِهِ إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ»؛ (رواه مسلم).
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Any slave whom Allah makes him in charge of subjects and he dies while he is not sincere to them, Allah will make Jannah unlawful for him.”
