Support for tuition costs through a confidential, fair, and need-based review process.
If parents need financial assistance, they must submit their financial aid application by the due date. Any fees other than tuition are not covered by financial assistance and must be paid by parents/guardians.
Financial assistance is awarded to students at all grade levels based on need and availability of funds. Eligibility is determined through analysis of parents'/guardians' financial status.
AIA Board manages all applications to provide a confidential and unbiased evaluation of each family's ability to cover tuition costs.

📌 Overview of Financial Aid
Purpose: Financial Aid is strictly for tuition assistance. All other fees must be paid in full.

- Family total income and verified financial need.
- Student’s academic performance and behavioral conduct.
- Parent volunteerism and school activity participation.
- Accuracy and completeness of all physical documents.

To ensure data privacy and security, AIA does not accept financial documents online. Applications are processed only after receiving all physical documents.
- Current Report Card (PDF or image)
- Proof of Income (Pay Stub or W-2)
- Last 2 Months Bank Statements
- Proof of Expenses (Rent, Mortgage, Car Payment, etc.)
- IRS Tax Returns for Last 2 Years
- Printed Application Summary: After submitting the form below, print the confirmation and include it with your physical documents.
