With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Attraplsi specializes in managing chronic conditions through a functional, gut-focused approach. She is the founder of the Dr. Shada Holistic Therapy Program, committed to empowering individuals to achieve lasting wellness by addressing root causes and integrating care that nurtures both body and mind.

Dr. Attraplsi earned her medical degree from the University of Tripoli and a master’s in Clinical Research from Rush University. She completed her residency at Marshall University and graduated from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona. She holds certifications in Functional/Therapeutic Nutrition, Supplements, and Environmental Toxins. Her published research, widely recognized, focuses on the intestinal microbiome’s link to cancer, including breast cancer.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Shada serves as an Assistant Professor at California Health Sciences University and has been the Behavior Chair at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) for six consecutive years, where she leads with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Through her holistic therapy program, Dr. Shada addresses the root causes of chronic conditions, helping clients heal the gut, optimize metabolism, reduce inflammation, and improve mental resilience. She emphasizes sustainable, transformative changes rather than quick fixes.

Dr. Shada shares her expertise via her YouTube channel and community workshops, guiding individuals toward optimal physical and emotional health.
